Double Challenge
One to appeal to those who like a challenge. This is a high-energy aerobic session that includes a circuit, leaving you fit for anything. Go for it!!!
Easy Aerotone
Ideal for those new to exercise, or for those of more mature years, who prefer to workout at a pace and level that is just right for them. Don't be deceived though, you will target those fat stores very effectively with plenty of sustained aerobic activity. This class will always finish with some calming and relaxing Pilates-style exercise that greatly improves posture and body tone.

Fatburner II + Tone
This session is set at a much higher level than Fatburner I. After an effective warm up you will be transported to your fat burning zone and kept there for a challenging length of time. Some toning is included, so the entire workout is just about high-energy calorie spending and will leave you feeling fantastic.
Most fitness levels will cope with this one.
Bums n Tums
Thirty minutes of toning that will flatten the tum and lift the bum!

Happy Hour
Happiness is burning lots of calories and fat rather than downing cheap booze!
Come along for a high energy session to set you up for the rest of the weekend. Experienced exercisers are well suited to this class, but all those who enjoy a fun group workout are very welcome. This is a whole body workout.
Spin/Circuit
25 minutes spinning followed by a resistance circuit.
You will get a complete aerobic and toning workout from this class and a lot of fun! Restricted places due to the spinning bikes so please book your place at reception.
Step
A low impact aerobic workout session designed to give you a thorough workout without causing undue stress on the joints. It is designed to burn body fat through an effective step aerobic session of a long duration but at a low intensity. Excellent for improving posture and bone density, with the added benefit of lower body toning.
Weekend Wake-Up
A session for all those who want to make good use of a Sunday morning. It will help to get rid of a hangover (although we know our members never need to!) and gives some real meaning to a day off. It will work the body totally and is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you happy to spend the rest of the day relaxing.
Simply Hard
Definitely for the fitter member! Challenge your stamina
with this high impact aerobics class. Simple choreography,
easy to follow so you can work harder!
Easy Conditioning
30 minutes of toning, targeting those important areas! Suitable for both new and regular members who wish to improve their strength and shape.
Dance Aerobics
This will be an aerobics class with a difference! If grapevines and box steps are not for you, have a go at some dance moves to challenge the brain as well as the body! Suitable for all levels of fitness and even for those with two left feet! You can only improve!
